Theodore von Kármán-Fellowship Awarded to Professor Yoshikawa

ITA is particularly proud of the award of the Theodore von Kármán-Fellowship of RWTH Aachen University to Prof. Nobuhiro Yoshikawa from the Institute of Industrial Science, short IIS, at the University of Toyko, Japan.
As part of this award, Prof. Yoshikawa visited the researchers of RWTH Aachen University for one month. During his stay, he held three lectures and achieved a profitable scientific exchange between Japan and Germany in his field of expertise, the solid-state simulation of fiber-reinforced plastics.
We look forward to continuing the great cooperation with Prof. Yoshikawa and the University of Tokyo.
