Professor Dr Thomas Gries and Dr Frederik Cloppenburg at the Hybrid ITMF Annual Conference 2020

At the Hybrid ITMF Conference, Professor Dr Thomas Gries and Dr Frederik Cloppenburg gave a presentation entitled "Digital Nonwoven Production - How to make more than just masks". They showed how the Digital Nonwoven Innovation Center (D-NIC) can be used to offer pandemic solutions in a digital, natural and resource-saving way and create sustainable jobs through innovation and networking.

The Hybrid International Textile Manufacturers Conference ITMF 2020 took place from 20 to 22 October at the Embassy of the United States of America in Seoul and virtually and was co-organised by KOFOTI. It dealt with the topic: "The Corona Pandemic: Re-shaping the Global Textile Supply Chain".
