If you study at another university than those liste above and you would like to do a research project at ITA (e.g. final year thesis), please send your complete application (motivation letter, CV, transcript of records, references) in 1 pdf-file (< 1 MB) to our study advice office.
FAQ
I do not speak German. Can I apply nevertheless?
Yes! Our staff is fluent in English so if you have a good command of English, you are welcome to apply for a research project. Exception: Since all our lectures are in German, in order to study at ITA, you need to speak German fluently (DSH).
Where can I get funding?
You will need to bring your own funding. For a number of countries, there are special scholarships available. You can find detailed information on the website of the DAAD.
